EUNIS 2023 Sponsorship opportunities
Relevant stakeholders in the area of information systems for higher education and research institutes/organizations are cordially invited as sponsors for the 29th EUNIS annual Congress, which will be held from the 14th to the 16th of June 2023 in the thriving city of Vigo, on the North-Western coast of Spain. The venue will be the Auditorium and Congress Palace Mar de Vigo, located in the city center with a view on the land-marine National Park of the Atlantic Islands of Galicia.
Welcoming up to 400 participants, EUNIS 2023 offers the most significant meeting place for digital transformation of higher education and research in Europe. We encourage and facilitate exchange, cooperation and debates among experts, practitioners and managers responsible for information systems in the field. The main theme for EUNIS 2023 is “European Universities and the digital transformation: Challenges and opportunities ahead”, with featured panels addressing topics of:
- Information systems for European University alliances
- AR/VR and metaverse technologies in higher education and research
- Cybersecurity of information systems for higher education and research
- Telework and blended learning for distributed workforces and communities
- Digital sovereignty for higher education and research organizations in the new geopolitical landscape

Platinum sponsorship
EUR 10.000 + VAT (20% discount for existing gold corporate members of EUNIS, 10% for silver)
Limitation: up to 4 sponsors
Exhibition stand: Deluxe sponsor booth (~10 m2) in a favored location near catering + permanent room for your exhibition
Presentation: Join a plenary panel session of your choice, organize a panel of your own, or deliver a keynote talk
Tickets: 3 free tickets for your personnel, covering the conference fee
Attendee list: 3 weeks in advance with update 1 week in advance

- Highlighting your exhibition stand on floor plan
- Logo on all program / introduction slides
- Logo on main banner at conference venue (“powered by”)

Gold sponsorship
EUR 6.000 + VAT (20% discount for existing gold corporate members of EUNIS, 10% for silver)
Limitation: up to 6 sponsors
Exhibition stand: Deluxe sponsor booth (~6 m2) in a favored location near catering
Presentation: Oral presentation in conference track about a case study
Tickets: 2 free tickets for your personnel, covering the conference fee
Attendee list: 1 week in advance
Marketing opportunities:
- Logo on all program / introduction slides
- Congress sponsorship web pages: logo, 200-word organizational profile and link to your website
- A collective placement of all Gold Sponsors on “sponsored by” page on program screens in the venue

Silver sponsorship
EUR 4.000 + VAT (20% discount for existing gold corporate members of EUNIS, 10% for silver)
Limitation: 10 sponsors
Exhibition stand: Standard sponsor booth (~4 m2)
Presentation: Submit a case-study to the program – no acceptance in conference track guaranteed
Tickets: 2 free tickets for your personnel, covering the conference fee
Attendee list: 1 week in advance

Bronze sponsorship
EUR 1.500 + VAT (20% discount for existing gold corporate members of EUNIS, 10% for silver)
Limitation: 6 sponsors
Presentation: Submit a case-study to the program – no acceptance in conference track guaranteed; sponsor track available
Tickets: 1 free ticket for your personnel, covering the conference fee
Marketing opportunities:
- Roll-up (max. 80 cm width) near the catering area
- Congress sponsorship web pages: logo and link to your website

To enhance visibility, sponsors may offer additional support to EUNIS 2023. We are grateful for any suggestions and open for discussion.
Sponsorship regulations
Sponsor booths are equipped with one table and two chairs by default. Please plan to keep all exhibition equipment within the designated areas. Due to fire, health, and safety regulations we kindly ask to reduce exhibition stand structure to a minimum. Each booth has one regular 220V plug for standard electrical equipment. The venue WiFi will be available for all delegates and sponsors.
All prices are in EUR and subject to 21% VAT in Spain.
Within the sponsorship options the choice of the location of the booth or roll-up is strictly in the order of signed contracts. Each contract holder is legitimate to pick a free area of choice within three business days after signing the sponsoring contract.
