All hotells but one are located in the city center. Hotel Björken is located at the University Hospital, close to the campus. The campus is a 10-15 minute walk from the city center. Local busses are also available.

Getting to Umeå

By air

Umeå Airport lies 4 km from the city centre. The flight time from Stockholm to Umeå is approximately 60 minutes. For more information, visit Umeå Airport’s website.

Please provide the following details: first name, last name, date of birth, affiliation, nationality, passport number, passport expiry date, address, e-mail and phone number. Please mail us at lotta@umea-congress.se with the subject line- ‘EUNIS2014 Invite request letter’. Don’t forget check your local consulate for visa application forms and about processing time as well as any other requirements to travel to Sweden.
