As the CIO of Aalto University and an SME entrepreneur, I am a passionate people leader with strong experience and track record in driving change. I have excellent understanding of people’s motives, building networks & ecosystems, and of organizational dynamics. I aim for holistic benefit with a shared value & growth mindset. In my current position my main tasks are “Keep Business Running” and digitalize Aalto University. I’m also active in both national and international networks, like FUCIO, NUAS & EUNIS, and also the Finnish Digivision 2030 work. I believe my adaptability and need to constantly learn new things helps me face modern challenges together with others, and thus I’d make an excellent addition to the already very competent EUNIS board.
