Dear EUNIS Members, Friends and Visitors,

Welcome to the new EUNIS website, launched today. We hope you will like it and enjoy it; we believe it will meet your expectations. By changing the previous layout to a more service-oriented one, we wish to enhance the focus on our mission and on our offerings to the HEI community.

Check the lively sites of EUNIS task forces linked with the social media and feel invited to join their activities. Notice the new, convenient layout integrating information on EUNIS events, such as Annual Congresses and Rectors’ Conferences. Read our news, enjoy and get involved.

This website was designed and implemented in a very short time by a team from Umeå University lead by Johan Bergström and supported by the EUNIS marketing group. I would like to express my gratitude to all engaged in this important task.

Online Educa Dec 04 – 06, 2013

ONLINE EDUCA BERLIN is the largest global conference on technology supported learning and training for the corporate, education and public service sectors. Now in its 19th year, the conference will bring together over 400 speakers and more than 2000 participants from over 100 countries. In this environment which promotes international networking for all sectors ONLINE EDUCA BERLIN is the event for learning professionals to discover innovative solutions, absorb new thinking and bring home ideas in order to take action, implementing change in the field of technology and learning.

EMOOCs 2014, the Second MOOC European Stakeholders Summit

Organised by the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) and P.A.U. Education the event aims to be an opportunity to gather European actors involved in the Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) phenomenon, from policy makers practitioners and researchers. This conference is the follow-up of the MOOC Summit 2013.

The goal of the summit is to develop synergies among European universities around themes such as student assessment, MOOC accreditation, platform interoperability or joint research initiatives.

The conference will include four tracks (Policy, Experience, Research and Business) that are explained in detail below, with 5 sessions of 90 minutes and a keynote speaker. EMOOCs 2014 will also offer a series of workshops, meetings and the tutorial “All you need to know about MOOCs”.
